Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for courses and services provided by FTechEDU. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Course Enrollment
Once a course is purchased and access is provided, the enrollment is considered confirmed.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- No refunds after course content has been accessed beyond introductory modules
- No refunds for discounted or promotional courses
- No refunds for certification or examination fees
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Failure to attend classes or complete the course
- Technical issues caused by user devices or internet connectivity
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
4. Cancellation Policy
Course cancellations must be requested in writing via email. FTechEDU reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable
6. Course Changes & Discontinuation
FTechEDU reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue any course. In such cases, eligible users may receive a partial or full refund.
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
